About Margo
“Guiding the body back to balance — through the nervous system, the subconscious, and the science that connects them.”
I am a Certified Consulting Hypnotist (CCH) & Integrative Health Practitioner with more than 25 years of clinical experience in hospital-based laboratory medicine — including roles at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Hallmark Health System, and St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, where I spent decades working as a Medical Technologist, Hematology Specialist & Laboratory Operations Manager.
I hold dual Master's degrees in Health & Wellness and Complementary & Alternative Medicine, and I continue to research Integrative Health with a focus in Psychoneuroimmunology — the study of how the mind, nervous system, immune system, and gut-microbiome are in constant conversation with one another.
That conversation is where my work lives.
My practice sits at the intersection of physiology and the subconscious — where stress, nervous system dysregulation, and deeply held patterns begin to quietly shape physical health, emotional pain, and chronic conditions. I understand how inflammatory processes, HPA axis dysregulation, and conditioned stress responses can influence the way the body functions over time — not as abstract concepts, but as clinical realities I have spent a career observing.
What I bring to this work is something most practitioners can't: the ability to look at your experience through both a physiological and a subconscious lens, and to understand how those two systems are driving each other.
